1. The service is provisioned as per BTRC ISP license terms & conditions and which will also be applicable to the service users. Any directives, instructions, regulations and changes in tariff policy and terms of the license imposed by BTRC, LEA and other Government agencies from time to time will also be applicable to the service users.

2. As per ISP license terms no voice can be transmitted through the ISP. If any voice transmission is detected, then EasyNet reserves the right to terminate the service without prior notice. Customers shall be liable for such activities and for any consequences or penalties imposed by BTRC, LEA or other Government authorities.

3. Temporary suspension of service is not allowed. Customer will be liable to pay all charges for any temporary suspension of service by customer during contract period. EasyNet may suspend the service, but in such cases customer will not be charged.

4. EasyNet shall have the right to apply monitoring facility over any service extended to customers.

5. Authorized Government law enforcing agencies will have the right to intercept the traffic/ data originated/ terminated the purpose of analysis and security.

6. Payment of MRC: Billing cycle shall commence from the 1st day of each billing month. MRC for the provisioned bandwidth shall be paid by the customer within 07 (seven) days before the commencement of each billing cycle. For any service commissioning/upgrade MRC.

7. If Present connection terminated by by the user, all equipment like as MC, Switch, ONU which has given by EasyNet is refundable to Easynet.

8. EasyNet Fair Usage Policy and undertakes not to engage in:
a. Unlawful, fraudulent, criminal or otherwise illegal activities;
b. Sending, receiving, publishing, posting, distributing, disseminating, encouraging the receipt of, uploading, downloading, recording, reviewing, streaming or using any material which is offensive, abusive, defamatory, indecent, obscene, unlawful, harassing or menacing or a breach of the copyright, trademark, intellectual property, confidence, privacy or any other rights of any person;
c. Knowingly or negligently transmitting or uploading any electronic material (including, without limit, files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs) which is known or likely to cause, interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment owned by EASYNET or any other Internet user or person;
d. Activities that invade another’s privacy, cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person;
e. Activities that are in breach of any other third party’s rights, including downloading, installation or distribution of pirated software or other inappropriately license software, deletion of any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in any file that is uploaded, falsification of the origin or source of any software or other material;
f. Anything that may disrupt or interfere with EasyNet network or services or cause a host or the network to crash;
g. Circumventing the user authentication or security process of a host or network;
h. Creating, transmitting, storing or publishing any virus, Trojan, corrupting program or corrupted Internet;
i. Monitoring or recording the actions of any person entitled to be in the Subscriber’s home or business premises without their knowledge or any person outside of the Subscriber’s home or premises including, without limitation, any public highway or roadway or another person’s home or business premises;
j. Collecting, streaming, distributing or accessing any material that cannot be legally collected, streamed, distributed or accessed. If there is any breach of the standard conventions of use by the subscriber, EasyNet, in any manner will not be held responsible. Further more, EasyNet will not be responsible for any consequences, penalty, lawsuits, damage, corruption of software, hardware of the subscriber as a result of undertaking the above mentioned activities and or visiting unauthorized sites, downloading illegal content, software etc. Security Provisions for subscriber and 3rd party.
